Booking with us is simple and intuitive:
1. Register on our website by filling out the required information.
2. Complete your traveler profile and contact details.
3. Browse and add your selected cultural, sports, nature, health, events, or incentive travel packages to your cart.
4. Proceed to checkout and complete payment with the required details.
2. What are the delivery methods, timelines, and fees?
Depending on the service, some travel documents or packages will be delivered directly to your home, while others will be provided electronically or require in-person pickup. Please note that a single booking may involve multiple service deliveries.
Delivery timelines typically range between 3 to 5 business days after the order has been approved.
All shipping or handling fees are clearly displayed during checkout — no additional fees are charged upon delivery.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, Discover, and JCB.
4. Can I pay in a currency other than EUR (Euros)?
Yes! When you make a payment, your bank will withdraw the corresponding funds from your account, applying the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5. Are there any booking limits or restrictions?
The minimum booking amount is EUR 15.
The total amount of all bookings per client should not exceed EUR 7500 per month across our catalog offerings.
6. Why was my credit card payment rejected?
There can be several reasons:
- The payment details entered do not match your card information. Even a small typo can cause rejection.
- You have not activated the security code: Some credit cards require an extra verification code provided by your bank to confirm online payments.
- Insufficient funds or currency conversion issues in your account.
- You’ve exceeded the daily or monthly spending limit set by your bank.
- Your card has expired.
