Cancellation and Returns


At AtabeyViajes, we want to ensure you have an exceptional travel experience. If you need to cancel a booking or request a refund, please carefully review our policy, designed to protect both our clients and our service providers.

Cancellation Policy


 ✅ To request a full or partial cancellation, the CLIENT must contact our Customer Service team by emailing info@atabeyviajes.com within 24 hours from the order approval date.

✅ Only full booking cancellations will be accepted if requested before the delivery or issuance of the contracted services.

✅ The CLIENT is responsible for informing any beneficiaries or travelers involved so they do not use the services while the cancellation is being processed.


Return and Refund Policy​


✅ If the service or product has already been delivered, it must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition for the refund to be valid.

✅ Once the return is received and validated, AtabeyViajes will process the refund within 72 hours, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

✅ Refunds will be issued in Euros (EUR), applying — if applicable — the exchange rate set by the issuing bank. AtabeyViajes is not responsible for currency differences applied by third parties.

✅ The CLIENT will not be charged any additional fees for the refund process.


Cancellation Exceptions


Cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

❌ Personalized or custom-made services.

❌ Services that, by their nature, cannot be canceled or returned.

❌ Services that have been used, consumed, or inseparably combined with other products.

❌ Services subject to special health, hygiene, or safety conditions that were unsealed after delivery.

Service Warranty


The services offered by AtabeyViajes are considered compliant with the contract if they match the description published on the website, provide the promised features, and are suitable for their intended purpose.

If any service or product does not comply with the agreement, the CLIENT must notify AtabeyViajes through official channels to request:

• Replacement with an equivalent service (subject to availability).

• A refund of the paid amount if replacement is not possible.



Important


Services or products that have been altered, modified, or damaged due to misuse by the CLIENT are excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not cover apparent defects identifiable at the time of delivery.
